Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Had a traumatic brain injury more than 6 months ago
- Live in your own home or community (not in a facility or institution)
- Speak English well enough to participate in the program
- Feel that you have low social support or are isolated
- Do not have active, untreated severe mental health or substance use conditions
