This research study uses advanced imaging (PET and MRI scans) to better understand osteoarthritis in the front of the knee, where the kneecap meets the thighbone. You'll help researchers learn how to detect and track this condition earlier.

Who can take part
- You must be able to do 25 single-leg squats (standing on one leg and bending your knee)
- No knee injuries or surgeries since your last visit in the parent study
- No experimental medications since your last visit in the parent study
- Not pregnant, not diabetic, and not receiving steroid knee injections
- No medical reasons that would prevent you from having an MRI or PET scan
