Switching MS Medications: Tracking Immune Protein Changes

This study follows adults with relapsing multiple sclerosis who are switching from ocrelizumab to ofatumumab (two similar MS medications) to see how their immune system proteins (immunoglobulins) change during the switch. It may help doctors understand if this change improves your immune health while treating MS.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have relapsing-form multiple sclerosis and have taken ocrelizumab for at least 18 months
  • Your blood tests showed decreased immunoglobulin (immune proteins) on at least two separate tests about 6 months apart while on ocrelizumab
  • You are switching or have already switched from ocrelizumab to ofatumumab (your doctor decided this separately from the study)
  • You are not pregnant and do not plan to become pregnant during the study
  • You have not received immunoglobulin infusions (supplemental immune proteins) in the past 18 months

Ocrevus for MS: A Real-World Study
