- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with a vocal cord lesion (bump, growth, or abnormality) that was seen during an exam or procedure
- Your hospital records include recent blood tests (complete blood count and albumin levels)
- You do not have an active infection right now
- You are not currently taking steroid medications
- You do not have autoimmune disease, blood disorders, or other ongoing inflammatory conditions
