- You have received 0 or 1 prior chemotherapy treatments for this cancer.
- You are 18 to 80 years old and generally healthy enough for daily activities.

- You have not had immunotherapy or certain other targeted therapies before.
- You do not have another active cancer, serious heart problems, or active infections.
