  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a diagnosis of metastatic, recurrent, or unresectable solid tumor (cancer that has spread, returned, or cannot be surgically removed)
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 months
  • You are well enough to tolerate cancer treatment (ECOG performance status 0–2, meaning you can care for yourself with minimal to moderate assistance)
  • Your liver, kidney, and heart function are adequate based on recent blood tests
  • You are willing and able to follow a low-methionine diet for the entire study
