Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 55 years old (healthy volunteers) or 18 and 65 years old (if you have hidradenitis suppurativa)
- Have no serious medical conditions or active infections requiring treatment in the past 4 weeks
- Not be taking immunosuppressant medications or have a weakened immune system
- If enrolling with hidradenitis suppurativa: have a diagnosis confirmed by a dermatologist at least 6 months ago
- If enrolling with hidradenitis suppurativa: have bumps in at least 2 different body areas with certain severity, and have not been treated with biologic drugs before
- Stop certain HS treatments (topical creams, antibiotics, other systemic drugs) for 2–4 weeks before starting
