Who can take part

  • You are 40–75 years old
  • You had a stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) at least 3 months ago
  • You can follow spoken instructions and have mild to moderate cognitive ability
  • You can walk on your own or with minimal help (like a cane or light touch)
  • Your balance is moderately impaired but not severely (Berg Balance Scale 21–45)
  • You are medically stable and cleared by your doctor for exercise
