Who can take part
- You are 40–75 years old
- You had a stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) at least 3 months ago
- You can follow spoken instructions and have mild to moderate cognitive ability
- You can walk on your own or with minimal help (like a cane or light touch)
- Your balance is moderately impaired but not severely (Berg Balance Scale 21–45)
- You are medically stable and cleared by your doctor for exercise
