Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 70 years old.
  • Your stroke happened at least 6 months ago, but no more than 1 year ago.
  • You have trouble with balance and have fallen at least once in the last 6 months.
  • You can still walk (with or without a cane or walker).
  • You do not have other serious health conditions (like heart problems, severe high blood pressure, or conditions that make exercise unsafe).
  • This is your first stroke and you are not in another training study.
