Who can take part

  • Your cancer must be pancreatic, lung (non-small cell), or colon cancer that has spread beyond the original site
  • Your tumor must have a specific KRAS mutation (G12C, G12D, G12V, G12A, G12S, or G13D) confirmed by a biopsy or blood test
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor visible on imaging scans
  • You must be in good overall health—able to do light activities or be mostly confined to bed but not completely bedridden
  • You must have received all standard cancer treatments available for your cancer type, unless your doctor explains why you cannot receive them
  • You cannot have had any prior drugs that specifically target KRAS mutations
