New drug RX001 for advanced lung cancer with KRAS mutation

Who can take part

  • You are 19 years or older
  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer with a KRAS mutation that has worsened after standard treatments (or you cannot receive them)
  • You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a CT scan and is injectable for the study drug
  • You are able to take care of most daily activities yourself (ECOG 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 12 more weeks
  • Your blood and organ functions are within a healthy range
  • You have not had certain heart conditions (like a heart attack in the past year), bleeding disorders, or active infections (like hepatitis B/C or HIV)
  • You have not received other cancer treatments in the last 28 days (or recovered from side effects), and no radiation to large areas in the last 6 weeks
