Who can take part
- Histologically confirmed (biopsied) melanoma that has spread or cannot be surgically removed
- Disease that stopped responding to anti-PD-1 immunotherapy (either never improved or improved then progressed)
- Age 18 or older with adequate organ function (normal blood counts, liver, and kidney function)
- Measurable tumors on imaging and good overall health status (able to do light activities)
- Ability to swallow pills and no major recent stomach surgery
- Not pregnant, breastfeeding, or unwilling to use effective birth control for 5 months after treatment
