Who can take part
- You must be at least 3 years old (or 40+ if in the COPD group)
- You have one of these conditions: COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis, lung scarring (ILD), upper airway obstruction, or you're a healthy volunteer
- You cannot have severe breathing problems, active respiratory infection, or be on continuous oxygen therapy
- You cannot have a perforated eardrum or facial/mouth issues that prevent using the breathing mouthpiece
- You cannot have had recent major chest surgery or active lung infections like pneumonia or tuberculosis
- You must be able to cooperate with breathing tests and follow study procedures
