  • Age 1 to 18 years old
  • Diagnosed with chronic spontaneous urticaria (ongoing hives not caused by a known trigger) lasting at least 6 weeks
  • Active hives present when enrolling in the study
  • You or your child can track symptoms and diet daily using forms or an app
  • Willingness to follow the assigned diet plan for the study period
  • Written permission from a parent or guardian (and child's agreement if old enough)
