- You are between 18 and 55 years old and in generally good health
- Your weight is at least 50 kg (110 lbs) if male or 45 kg (99 lbs) if female, with a normal body mass index (BMI between 18–26)

- If you can have children, you must use reliable birth control during the study and for 90 days after finishing the drug
