Who can take part

  • Your prostate cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and is no longer responding to hormone therapy (castration-resistant).
  • You must have a specific type of prostate cancer called adenocarcinoma (the most common type).
  • You have already tried at least one type of hormone therapy (ARPI) and have received 1–2 rounds of a chemotherapy called taxane.
  • You are generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You do not have serious heart problems, uncontrolled infections, or other major health conditions.
