Who can take part

  • You are a university student between 18 and 30 years old
  • You exercise recreationally at least twice a week and have done so for at least 3 months
  • You smoke little to none and drink alcohol little to none
  • You have not had an infection or chronic illness in the last 6 months
  • You have no history of autoimmune disease, metabolic syndrome, or heart disease
  • You have not taken antibiotics or anti-inflammatory medications (like ibuprofen) in the last 3 months
