Who can take part

  • You have mild or moderate knee osteoarthritis (wear and tear of the knee) confirmed by X-ray, not severe arthritis
  • Your knee pain has lasted at least 6 months
  • You can walk on your own, with or without a cane or walker
  • You do not have a pacemaker or metal implants in your knee
  • You have not had knee injections (steroid, PRP, or hyaluronic acid) in the past 3 months
  • You do not have rheumatoid arthritis or other systemic inflammatory conditions
