Who can take part

  • You are a male soccer player between 16 and 35 years old.
  • You have at least 6 years of organized soccer training and currently train and compete regularly.
  • You eat a regular mixed diet and are willing to keep your usual diet and training for 4 weeks.
  • You are not taking any omega-3 supplements or fish oil products now or in the past 3 months.
  • You have no allergies to fish or seafood, and no serious health conditions like heart disease, diabetes, or stomach problems.
  • You are not taking medications that affect blood clotting, cholesterol, or inflammation (like blood thinners).
