Who can take part
- You have advanced kidney cancer with a clear-cell type or melanoma that has spread and no longer responds to prior anti-PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy (you received at least 2 doses and your cancer grew despite treatment)
- Your cancer growth was confirmed by imaging (CT or MRI scan) within the last 12 weeks from your last immunotherapy dose
- You have measurable tumor(s) visible on imaging: at least one tumor spot 10mm or larger (or 15mm if it's a lymph node)
- You are 18 years or older with good overall health status (able to care for yourself with minimal assistance)
- You have a tissue sample from your tumor available for testing, or you agree to a new biopsy
- You can swallow pills and are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during and for 4 months after treatment
