Who can take part
- You have diabetes with a blood sugar control measure (HbA1c) of 6.5% or higher
- Your kidney function is mildly to moderately reduced (measured as GFR between 60 and 15 ml/min)
- You have protein in your urine (albumin-to-creatinine ratio of 300 mg/g or higher), OR meet the kidney function criteria above
- You are enrolled in a participating medical center in France
- You are registered with the French social security system
- Your kidney function has not severely declined (GFR must be 15 ml/min or higher)
