Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 60 years old
- You have been diagnosed with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
- You have not had a COPD flare-up or worsening in the past 4 weeks
- You do not have serious heart problems like recent heart attack or heart failure
- You do not have neuromuscular disorders or recent lung diseases other than COPD
- You are willing to participate in the study activities
