Who can take part
- You are 50 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus or SLE) confirmed by blood tests
- Your lupus has been stable for at least the past month
- You take at least one lupus medication at a steady dose for at least 4 weeks
- You have never had a severe allergic reaction to vaccines or eggs
- You are not pregnant, nursing, or have a history of Guillain-Barré syndrome
