Who can take part
- You must have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR mutation (L858R or 19del).
- Your cancer must have stopped responding to first-line treatment with a third-generation EGFR-targeted pill.
- You should be in generally good health, able to perform daily activities with little to no help (ECOG 0–1).
- You need at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- If you have brain metastases, they must be stable and not causing symptoms, and you must not need steroids for them.
- Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts need to be within safe limits as checked by blood tests.
