Who can take part

  • Age 30–70 years old with moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis and persistent knee pain
  • Failed at least 2 different oral pain medications and completed 6 weeks of physical therapy without adequate relief
  • Cannot afford or choose not to pursue intra-articular injections or radiofrequency ablation
  • No knee injection received in the past 6 months
  • No active pregnancy or use of blood thinners that cannot be safely stopped
  • No history of diabetes, neurological disease, previous knee trauma, knee tumors, inflammatory arthritis, or imaging-confirmed tendon tears or bursitis
