Who can take part
- Age 18–75 with confirmed bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma or gallbladder cancer) that cannot be surgically removed
- No prior chemotherapy or immunotherapy for this cancer (or finished prior treatment more than 6 months ago)
- Good overall health status (able to walk around and do light activities without assistance)
- Blood counts and liver/kidney function within acceptable ranges
- At least one tumor spot that can be measured on imaging to track response
- Willing to use contraception during and for 4 months after treatment (if of childbearing age)
