Who can take part
- Diagnosed with severe alcohol use disorder and depression (specific screening scores required)
- Recently stopped drinking (within the last 10–60 days before joining)
- Had at least one day of heavy drinking in the last 4 weeks before quitting
- Not pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding during the study
- No other active substance use (except tobacco), no schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, and no recent psychedelic use
