Who can take part
- You have advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer (Stage IIIB/IIIC or Stage IV) that cannot be cured with surgery
- Your cancer has progressed despite prior platinum-based chemotherapy and immunotherapy (anti-PD-1/PD-L1 drugs)
- Your tumor tissue shows high FGFR2b expression (a specific protein marker)
- You are 18–75 years old and able to care for yourself with minimal assistance (ECOG score 0–1)
- Your organs are functioning well based on blood and other tests, and you have no active eye problems or heart rhythm abnormalities
- You have not received prior treatment with certain topoisomerase I inhibitor drugs, have no active infections or autoimmune diseases, and are willing to use effective contraception
