HDM2020 for Advanced Squamous Lung Cancer

Squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer(NSCLC)

Who can take part

  • You have advanced squamous non-small cell lung cancer (Stage IIIB/IIIC or Stage IV) that cannot be cured with surgery
  • Your cancer has progressed despite prior platinum-based chemotherapy and immunotherapy (anti-PD-1/PD-L1 drugs)
  • Your tumor tissue shows high FGFR2b expression (a specific protein marker)
  • You are 18–75 years old and able to care for yourself with minimal assistance (ECOG score 0–1)
  • Your organs are functioning well based on blood and other tests, and you have no active eye problems or heart rhythm abnormalities
  • You have not received prior treatment with certain topoisomerase I inhibitor drugs, have no active infections or autoimmune diseases, and are willing to use effective contraception
