  • You have chronic pain (lasting at least 3–6 months) in one specific area of your body that the doctor thinks can be treated with cryoneurolysis
  • Your doctor has already planned this freezing procedure as part of your regular care
  • You can sign a consent form showing you understand the study
  • You are willing and able to fill out questionnaires at the start and after your procedure
  • You do not have an active infection or other medical reason that would make the procedure unsafe for you
  • Your doctor believes you will likely live longer than 12 months
