Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with neuroendocrine prostate cancer, confirmed by a tissue sample taken within the last year
- Your cancer has grown despite receiving at least 4 cycles of platinum-based chemotherapy (like cisplatin or carboplatin)
- You have measurable cancer that has spread beyond the prostate (metastatic disease visible on imaging)
- You are a male at least 18 years old and in good overall health (ECOG performance status 0–1, meaning you can perform most daily activities)
- You have normal or near-normal blood counts, kidney function, and liver function as measured by recent blood tests
- If you can produce sperm, you agree to use condoms and additional contraception during and for 120 days after treatment
