Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with aggressive variant or neuroendocrine prostate cancer.
  • You have tried one or two second-generation anti-androgen therapies, and may have had docetaxel, but no other chemotherapy.
  • Your cancer has progressed in the last 6 months, shown by a rise in PSA or new lesions on scans.
  • You are willing to stay on a LHRH agonist (if you have not had surgery to remove testicles).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor that has not been treated with radiation, and your cancer is not only in skin or bone.
