Who can take part
- You are the main family caregiver for someone with Alzheimer's disease
- You live in the same home as the person with Alzheimer's
- The person you care for attends one of the study's adult day care centers
- You can speak Spanish and/or Valencian
- You don't have moderate or severe memory problems, serious mental health conditions, or major hearing/vision loss
- You are not caring for someone in a nursing home or assisted living facility
