Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with relapsing-remitting, primary progressive, or secondary progressive multiple sclerosis
- You are currently taking medication for your MS
- Your disability level is 7.5 or lower on the EDSS scale (a measure of how MS affects daily activities)
- You can read and understand Italian
- You have a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a webcam and a working internet connection at home
- You can understand and agree to participate in the study
