Who can take part
- You must be between 24 and 68 years old.
- You must be a U.S. Veteran who was deployed sometime between 1990 and 2021.
- You should have no current breathing problems or use any breathing medications.
- You cannot have smoked tobacco in the past year, and your lifetime smoking must be less than or equal to 5 pack-years.
- You cannot use cannabis (marijuana) more than twice a week currently or in the past year.
- You must be free of serious medical conditions (like heart disease, cancer, or autoimmune disorders), and you cannot be pregnant.
