Who can take part
- Low back pain between your ribs and lower hip area for at least 3 months
- Body mass index (BMI, a measure of weight relative to height) of 40 or less
- If you have diabetes, your blood sugar levels must be well-controlled (HbA1c ≤10)
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding
- No spinal injections or spine stimulator devices in the last 3 months
- No major spine deformities that cause instability, and normal blood pressure and heart function
