Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old and newly diagnosed with Ph-negative B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (a type of blood cancer)
  • Your cancer cells must express a protein called CD22 (at least 20% of your cells must have it)
  • You must be expected to live at least 3 more months
  • If you can have children, you must agree to use reliable birth control during the study
  • You must be able to understand the study, sign consent, and follow the treatment plan
  • You cannot have certain serious infections, liver disease, heart rhythm problems, or hepatitis B/C/HIV
