Who can take part
- You are newly diagnosed with a type of leukemia called B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that does not have the Philadelphia chromosome (Ph-negative).
- Your leukemia cells must have a protein called CD22 on their surface (your doctor can check this).
- You must be 18 years old or older.
- You are expected to live at least 3 more months.
- You are willing to use effective birth control if you or your partner can become pregnant.
- You do not have other serious health problems like severe infection, certain liver diseases, or heart rhythm issues.
