Who can take part

  • Confirmed diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) using updated diagnostic criteria
  • Moderate disability level (EDSS score between 3.0–5.5, meaning you can walk but may need some assistance)
  • Stable MS with no relapses or steroid treatments in the past 3 months
  • No pacemakers, defibrillators, or metal implants in your chest or belly
  • Able to understand and follow instructions and complete questionnaires
  • No severe vision problems or untreated inner-ear balance disorders
