New Drug Combination for Advanced Hormone-Receptor-Positive Breast Cancer

Who can take part

  • Age 18 or older with a life expectancy of at least 3 months
  • Diagnosed with hormone-receptor-positive and HER2-negative or HER2-ultralow advanced breast cancer that cannot be treated with surgery or radiation
  • Cancer has progressed or returned after treatment with a CDK4/6 inhibitor and no more than one line of chemotherapy for advanced disease
  • Good overall health with adequate heart, liver, kidney, and blood cell function
  • At least one measurable tumor visible on imaging scans
  • Available tumor tissue sample for testing and no prior treatment with certain similar drugs (anti-PD-1/PD-L1, anti-VEGF, or antibody-drug conjugates with topoisomerase inhibitors)
