Who can take part
- Confirmed HER2-low or HER2-ultralow breast cancer that is advanced, unresectable, or has spread to other parts of the body
- Had no more than 1 prior chemotherapy treatment (unlimited prior hormone therapy is okay)
- Measurable disease on imaging scans
- Age 18 or older with good overall health (ECOG performance status ≤2)
- Good heart, liver, and kidney function based on blood tests and heart imaging
- Able to use effective birth control for 7 months after treatment ends (both men and women)
