CD70-targeted CAR T therapy for CD70-positive blood cancers
Treatments studied
Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Heart & circulation, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.
This trial tests a customized immune-cell treatment (CAR T) that targets CD70 on cancer cells in certain blood cancers. It may help people whose disease has returned or did not respond to standard treatments.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- Your cancer must be “CD70-positive” and confirmed by biopsy/pathology
- Your disease must be relapsed or refractory (came back or didn’t respond) after prior treatment
- Your heart tests must be strong: ejection fraction at least 50%
- You must not have a serious active infection in the lungs or other major infections
- Your organs must be working well enough (liver, kidney, and bilirubin limits)
- You must be well enough to participate (ECOG 0 to 2) and sign consent

This study tests an immune therapy made from cord blood “NK cells” that are engineered to attack cells with a marker called CD70. It’s given after chemotherapy that reduces your blood and immune system, aiming to treat relapse or refractory (not responding) blood cancers.
This trial tests an immune cell treatment (CAR-NK cells) targeting a protein called CD70 found on cancer cells. It's for people with T cell lymphoma or acute myeloid leukemia that has come back or not responded to other treatments.
This trial tests a lab-made immune therapy (CAR-T) that targets a protein called CD70 found on some advanced cancers. It’s designed for people whose solid tumors have spread and no standard treatments have worked or weren’t tolerated.
This trial tests a personalized CAR-T cell treatment that targets a marker called CD79b in people whose B-blood cancers have come back or not responded to prior treatment. It may help your immune system find and attack cancer cells, but it also requires you to meet safety and health criteria.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NKT) that targets a protein called CD70 on cancer cells. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to at least two prior treatments and whose tumors are CD70-positive.
This early-phase trial tests a special kind of immune cell treatment (CAR T cells) that targets CD20 and CD22 in people with relapsed or refractory B-cell cancers. It may help by attacking cancer cells that survived prior treatments, but it is still being studied for safety and early effectiveness.
