Who can take part
- You have stage 3 or 4 sarcoma, or your sarcoma has come back after treatment.
- You are at least 6 months old and no older than 80 years.
- It has been at least 2 weeks since your last chemotherapy, radiation, or steroids.
- Your tumor cells have a specific marker (CART target antigen) that the immune cells can recognize.
- Your overall health status is at 50% or higher on the Karnofsky or Lansky scale.
- You have enough of your own immune cells to make the treatment.
