Who can take part
- You have advanced soft tissue sarcoma (metastatic or unresectable) that has progressed despite at least two prior standard treatments, including chemotherapy
- Your tumors have measurable lesions visible on imaging (CT or MRI) that can be injected, including at least one lesion ≥10 mm
- You are 18 years or older with good overall health status (ECOG 0–2) and expected survival of at least 12 weeks
- Your blood counts, kidney function, and liver function are adequate for treatment (specific lab thresholds apply)
- You have not received cancer treatment in the past 2–4 weeks (depending on treatment type) and are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You do not have active brain metastases, uncontrolled infections, severe heart disease, or other serious medical conditions
