Who can take part

  • You have pulmonary hypertension that's stable on current medications, with lung blood pressure ≥ 25 mmHg (confirmed by heart catheterization—a procedure where a tube checks pressure in your heart)
  • Your pulmonary hypertension is caused by lung disease (COPD, sleep apnea, or restrictive lung disease like pulmonary fibrosis)
  • You are between 45 and 65 years old
  • Your BMI (body mass index) is between 25 and 34.9
  • You have mild-to-moderate activity limitation from your condition (WHO class II or III—you can do some activities but feel short of breath with normal exertion)
  • You have no recent heart problems, uncontrolled high blood pressure, kidney failure, walking problems, or serious hearing/vision loss
