Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) by a special heart test (right heart catheterization).
  • Your PAH symptoms are mild to moderate (World Health Organization functional class I, II, or III).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have not done a formal exercise or rehab program in the last 6 months.
  • You are on stable PAH medications and your condition is not getting worse.
