Arthroscopic vs. open surgery for tennis elbow

Who can take part

  • Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) that has not improved after at least 6 months of non-surgical treatment
  • Age 18 or older
  • No previous surgery on the affected elbow
  • No significant wear-and-tear arthritis or inflammatory diseases in the elbow
  • No history of trauma or fracture that permanently changed the elbow's structure
  • No nerve or blood vessel damage in the affected arm
