Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) in only one arm.
  • You have not had any injections, surgery, or physical therapy for your elbow in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have other elbow problems like arthritis, nerve issues, or bleeding disorders.
  • You have not used a wrist splint or elbow brace for your tennis elbow.
