  • At least 18 years old and no older than 80
  • At least 6 months have passed since your traumatic brain injury
  • Your brain injury was moderate to severe when it happened
  • Your BMI (body mass index) is 25 or higher
  • You can speak and understand English
  • You do not have serious limitations that prevent physical activity
