Who can take part

  • You have advanced biliary tract cancer (bile duct or gallbladder cancer) that has been confirmed with a biopsy
  • Your cancer cells show EGFR expression (a protein marker) on a special test
  • You have already tried at least one standard cancer treatment that didn't work
  • You are generally healthy enough for treatment (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 months
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are adequate for the study drugs
  • You have not had another cancer in the past 5 years (except skin cancer or early-stage cervical cancer)
