Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have advanced (unresectable or metastatic) bile duct cancer, gallbladder cancer, or related cancer that was confirmed by biopsy
- Your cancer shows EGFR positivity on a special test (IHC)
- Your cancer has progressed after prior chemotherapy and has at least one measurable tumor
- You are in good overall health with normal heart, lung, liver, and kidney function
- You agree to use contraception during and for 8 weeks after the study drug (if you can have children)
